Hello! I want to make my mp 3,1 nvme bootable.

I found this guide https://docs.google.com/document/d/...NU7m-mDBLAWWJipyM/edit#heading=h.y6vzhgmlx3sx
But there is no download link Nvme.ffs.zip in it (This version of NVMe.ffs is outdated)

Is it okey to take nvme.ffs from 144.0.0.0.0 MP 5,1 BootROM?

Is this guide safe for MP 3,1? Did someone have a success with making MP 3,1 NVMe bootable?

My current BootROM version is MP31.006C.B05

The file from BootROM 144.0.0.0.0 can be extracted and used AFAIK.

Yes, some people had success, some bricked their cMP.

No, it is NOT safe for your machine. It could easily hard-brick and require a physical repair to recover.

It’s not worth the risk for most people IMHO.

For such an old machine with poor nvme support just put a sata ssd in, don’t chance bricking it.
Surely there must be other bottlenecks making nvme unpractical on a 3.1 mac.
