MP ordered on Aug7th - Ship date just changed to Oct 31st. What would you do?

Nothing strange, nothing out of the ordinary.

Ordered on August 7th, Estimated ship date September 13th.
Not ship yesterday, checked status online, Estimated ship October 31st.

What would you do?

Is this normal? Does Apple normally go over their estimated ship date?

I feel for you - and I don't believe this is normal at all.

I wonder if it is possible that your order has been delayed due to some new apple configuration changes - you may get a bump in value - however it's still pretty poor customer service by not communicating well with you.

I just called my local store. They have the 3.0 with XT 1900! Screw the online wait. I am going to cancel it and get it at the store.

BTW - The store couldnt believe the shipdate.
