I’m trying to share an MP3 that has a ton of chapters in it with co-workers. It is a training file that lets people jump around various questions.

On iOS there are a fair amount of podcast clients that support chapters. I can’t find a single app on the Mac. Quicktime X, supports chapters, but only to skip to the next chapter, not to display the list and pick the chapter.

Any Mac apps that let you play a local audio file and pick out what chapter you want to jump to?

Audacity on Mac seems to be capable of this. I've never used it, but try it out. The following 2 links provide details on how this can be achieved.

(The links talk about how to split a file, but presumably, if this app can split a file into chapters, it can let you select those chapters during playback)
