My faithful MacPro4,1 is getting a little spacey lately. It's crashed a few times. Nothing leaving any real messages as to what's going on.

Last month I blew out all the dust, and apparently some of the magic dust keeping it running spotless for years. I'm hoping this isn't a seriously bad thing.

But here is the latest crash. I just left it, and it crashed, came back and had to relogin. I can't afford to replace this workhorse, so hoping I can keep it among the living for a few more years. (Unless someone has a trashcan Mac Pro, really cheap)

Thanks for any assistance. I can't make anything out. I mean there are some things that look odd, but I don't look at mac logs all day to know if they really are odd.

Thanks...

It would help to know what system you have? Operating system version and any upgrades you have made to the computer

4,1, 2 2.26 quad core Xeons, 6g RAM, 10.11.6, no hardware upgrades except for an Apple video card, so largely just a stock box. Pretty boring, but has been my number one system for a really long time. I will be crushed if it fails...

No i7. I mentioned that because out of the blue my main Windows system cooked out and died. I was shocked. It was in a cooler room, and didn't have a ton of detritus inside. I tried a different processor, and it didn't resurrect it. ?

These log entries seem related to the AirPort Extreme, Wi-Fi. It's not uncommon after all these years the AirPort transceiver to fail, I had to replace several cards.

If you connect via Ethernet, try to remove the card physically and check if your KPs stop.
