MP5,1 do not recognize the Ram 5th slot ...?

I made 8GB x 4 and made 32GB.

One day, I was only 24GB, so I was strange that the 5th slot was still recognized.

I cleaned it and tried to swap it with the ram in the other slot, but I do not recognize it ..?

Slots 1, 2, 5, 6, I have put in. Is there a way to solve this symptom?

Have you swapped CPUs in this machine?
Poorly seated CPU can cause dimm slot failure.
If you have I’d reseat the cpus.
