These headphones work very well with my iPhone 6s+. I've been using their prior iteration with Bluetooth 4.1 before and haven't noticed any difference.
First off, yes, this does come with additional ear pieces. Though the standard ones fit my ears fine, I could see others having an issue with the sizing. The fit is pretty nug and there are even sports clips but I prefer the standard because they're easier to take on and off.
Another other thing is that the earbuds themselves are larger than what you'd expect from the photos.
The sound is great. As good as you can get for wireless on iOS devices. Apple still doesn't sport Aptx so it's not as clear as if you had premium headphones directled connected but I use these for working out and the flexibility of not having cords is immeasurable.
The rubber on is not slippery which is excellent since I've been using these ones at the gym. I don't sweat often though so I can't tell you if they will work well with sweat or not but the rubber has a grip to it. The neon green is a nice color, helpful when distinguishing them from the majority of other headphones (the majority being black or white). I've received this in exchange for an honest and unbiased review. These will not match good iems though. And hopefully the rumors of Apple adopting aptx (far fetched, I know) are true.
