I got my iPad and started get some apps. The iPad is most fantastic with all their apps that have so much realism.
I was looking for something to take notes and doodle some diagrams and ideas. Both are good depending on what you want to do. Both can do freehand drawing which is what I like because I find that I am on my feet and taking notes is way easier than a laptop where I have to sit down and type versus holding the iPad gingerly in one hand and freehand drawing and notetaking in another. Omnigraffle has always been great but price was the factor so I ended up getting Mr Fingerpad. I can doodle on a page, label it and take notes, then export it with the rest of my photos and email it out. I particularly like how I can import some photos and make notes on it. For this app it has colored tabs like the notebooks I used to use in school. The only thing I would like more is if there were more colors for Mr Fingerpad and if there were some preset shapes I would be super happy then. If only there was an app that can recognize my speech and write my notes for me. If there are let me know!
