My MS Edge, doesnt matter which vertion i use, beta non beta, dev, doesnt want to open the icon just bounces up and down and than closes. Under new profile everything works as it should, how do I fix an app not wanting to open under my profile? i had this issue in Catalina and now Big sur beta 2??? I contacted MS for support, but they ran out of ideas and gave up now me, since new profile fixes things, go figure. There has to be some Plist or some terminal command i can run to fix this issue, i figured some permission error but i ran scan disk and nothing is wrong? this is the only program that will not open or run properly and i get zero error codes? anything i can check besides formatting the computer? i really dont want to do it, its not worth it you know. I have been going form beta to beta installs for 3 years now with out any major issues and im hoping to continue to update my Imac this way as my user account and profile has years worth of program and took me long time to tweak it the way I want to you know.
