MS O365 on Big Sur 11.2.3 crashes Outlook

I just purchase the new MacBook Air and MS O365. After installing, I setup my email accounts and all was working properly. I opened Outlook two days ago and it asked if I would like to try the new view. I clicked on try and it has crashed my Outlook. It locked up (I force closed) and I have not been able to get Outlook to work since. I dumped Outlook to the Trash and tried to reinstall but, it attempts to open with the spinning wheel and then never progresses. Anyone else have this same issue or a fix?

Me to. Only way was unistall outlook. Find all “outlook” item in Library and delete them and install outlook.
