I am using Mac OS 10.14.4 and also have MS Office 365 Outlook client which is currently version 16.24.
I have an iCloud mail account (actually an alias for an earlier apple id). I have generated an app specific password for this iCloud email account.
This account has many folders and subfolders and the structure shows correctly if I access the account via the web or on various iOS devices but on Outlook on my iMAC and Apple laptops there are many missing folders. I have tried repeated synchronisation and folder repair activities and even deleted the account altogether and re-added it without success.
This happened once a year or so ago but the folders then magically reappeared. Some disappeared several days ago but have not reappeared. Can anybody help?
