MS Teams no call audio (but ringing, etc)

I have full audio everywhere (Music, Videos, MS Teams notification sounds, no issues, except people speaking on teams.

MS Teams reinstalled, no avail.

The correct audio sources are chosen, still nothing.

Update. I can get teams audio to work by completely uninstalling the MS Teams Audio Driver.

Any reinstallation attempt of this driver will make MS Teams audio non-functional.

Interesting. Was this discovered during a Teams call? I ask because I just did a test call within the app and it seemed to work.
