Sorry if it`s been discussed before, I`m at clients and I need an answer.
Could a Virtual HD created throuh MS Virtual PC be used as the Virtual HD in Parallels?

Yes, it can. You can use Parallels Transporter to transfer Virtual PC and VMWare images. You'll need to re-register the Windows install, and apparently it's illegal to use the version of Windows that came with your VPC (if one did) with another product (legally, you would need to buy a new license). I don't know if there's anything that stops that happening though.
