Sorry for the run-on title. Long time Apple user on iOS side, not MacOS user for a while now. Set to go back to MacOS for desktop as well.
One thing I like and appreciate about MS Windows is the ease of managing multiple windows - use WinKey+arrow and windows snap immediately to quadrants or half a screen. Embedded into muscle memory.
What tool/ app on MacOS side will allow me to easily fling windows around by using AppleKey+arrow? I read about several (such as Moom), but do they really work exactly as MS Windows shortcuts do?
Secondary question - and this is going to be dumb... What's the reason/ advantage of using two windows side by side in windowed mode VS. full screen mode? Other than minor change in aesthetics? One drawback I noticed to using apps in full screen mode is none of the shortcuts to change active windows in a given app work.
