MSI 570GTX Twin Frozr I, II, III Differences?

Anyone know the differences between them? Especially between the:

MSI Twin Frozr OC II
and the
MSI Twin Frozr OC III?

Also do all GTX 570 cards have the same basic feature set; like Dx11, 3D Vision, 3D V Surround, PhysX, and so on?

Basically they do differ with cooler revision, and depending on version (OC, Power Edition, Power Edition OC) also with clocks. Rev. II cooler is bit longer than III. III is more efficient, according to MSI at least.

I'm actually thinking about gutting my MacPro if I can find a beautiful copper CPU HeatSink for dual Xeon and just mounting everything in a picture frame and hanging it on my wall. Maybe something like this:
