Anyone know how to get this thing recognized by Windows?

I'm running a 2018 Mac mini. The mini is hooked to the eGPU via thunderbolt 3.

Thanks man

Turned out the solution was much simpler:

Just plug the thunderbolt 3 cable to the port next to the ethernet. As simple as that.
