MSI Radeon RX 560 black Screen

Hello, I recently installed a MSI Radeon RX OC 560 GPU in my 2010 Mac Pro. I get the Black Screen on the startup Boot, but always does boot to my login screen. However if I have to restart the computer I can't get to the login screen just stays Black? Any thoughts Thank You

Thank You I have messaged the member! Maybe High Sierra 10.13.4 in Bata now will fix some issues?
