MSN Messenger 4.0 features?

I've been waiting for a new version of MSN Messenger with features like webcam support and custom emoticons.
MS revealed that version 4.0 will be a part of MS Office 2004 - but I've seen no screenshots or any hints of new features...

Anyone got a clue?

Wow, looks like MS is trying to beat Real Software for the "Best VaporWare Producer of the Century"

I think the messenger versions are comparable to the windows versions (i.e. Mac MSN Messenger 3.5 = Windows MSN Messenger 3.5). And as my knowledge goes, 4.0 was the first version on the Windows side to support video.
