MSN Messenger "Volume" Icon still on Desktop.

I got Office: Mac, and with it came MSN Messenger. I installed, and then updated it. When I updated it, a little "Windows Messenger" icon came onto the Desktop, and now when I drag it into the HD, it just duplicates, and deleting it erases MSN Messenger entirely. What do I do?

Can you post a screenshot? I'm not sure what you mean. Is it located in a DMG?

I figured it out, lol. The Volume icon had the app within, so I had to drag the app into Apps, and eject the Volume, then delete the .dmg.
