I've been asked to set up a wiki (MediaWiki) for some people that aren't the most computer literate in the world. They have all these Word documents that they would like to put in the wiki (not upload, but actually display in the wiki). These documents aren't simple text, they are organized in tables and have bold/underlined formatting.

For time time being, I've re-typed the documents in wiki markup, but these people would never be able to learn how to do that.

I tried saving the Word file as a web page (in MSWord) and pasting the source code into the wiki, but that looks terrible.

Is there some sort of converter I can give them?

Thanks for the reply! Those links haven't really worked very well, as it caused a bunch of weird conversion issues with tables. Ugh, I wish the old people I'm doing this wiki for would just learn freakin' wiki markup.
