My Logitech K850 combo has very spotty input and it's unpredictable. Sometimes it's smooth as butter, sometimes it drops or repeats keystrokes and the mouse input gets all jumpy. I paired a Logitech MX Anywhere 2 mouse (bluetooth) and that works great, so I'm thinking it's just a problem w/ the combo. That said, I'd like to look @ other bluetooth keyboard options. Here's the catch, I need it to be multi-device and both windows & mac compatible. I've officially retired my last Windows device at home, but the work laptop is still Windows (and probably will be forever due to the software used) so I need to be able to flip back and forth between paired devices.

What is anyone else using for this case? I love-love-love the magic keyboard w/ numpad, but I know that's a hard no on multi-device. Anything similar that you've put through the paces and been happy with? TIA!

For keyboard, I am not sure, but for mouse I am successfully using a logitech triathlon m720. I dont have any bluetooth lag connected to my r2015 MBP. Works great with the USB dongle on my home PC etc. The only slightly annoying thing is the button to switch computers/devices is near the thumb buttons, and when I first purchased/used it I would push it every so often.

I just got a Logi Ergo K860 and MX 3 mouse. I like both very much except, well, they don't really work! Neither device works after after rebooting Mac mini, so I have to reconnect Apple Keyboard and Mouse to log in! Absurd! Logitech provides this explanation: their devices cannot work when FV2 is in locked state.

Oh interesting. I guess i have not rebooted my MBP with my setup, but waking from sleep works with both- even if I have them shut off and turn them back on.

To make matters worse, the keyboard and mouse don't connecting promptly when waking from sleep. The Bluethooth Assistant appears saying no keyboard is attached. I hadn't seen this in the first week I had the keyboard. The mouse also takes a while to connect. Don't really understand why the Apple devices connect right away....
