Multi language since IOS5

Hi guys,

Since I installed the IOS 5 (which is great btw) I found some language interference.
I'm using a China Unicom (original) phone 4.
All IOS 4 programs (including maps, app store) where nicely in English.
Now Maps, and the app store is in Chinese!!
Everything has been set to English, but no luck.

Any Idea?

Update info

Today it disappeared from one to the other moment.
Don't know what happened but since the last hour I have App store back in English.
Maybe just need to wait a other hour, and maps, will turn to the dark side as-well
