Um...I'm not even really sure how to ask this question.
I run a small company that does alot of media production type work. Videos, websites, Presentations, Commericials, Flyers/Newsletters, you name it. We have approx. 3-4 TB of storage being used...storing everything from photoshop files, web pages, video files, music files whatever you name it.
I'm wondering if there is some sort of server-client type program out there that will help host this information better. Right now it's just stored on our server in various folders. I'd like to be able to open xyz program and do a search for like Colortree's Newsletters. And it would pull up all the newsletters for colortree, all the graphics that were used, all the fonts that were used and so forth.
Does anyone know of any type of media production type organizer like this? It doesn't have to be for a mac necessarily. We can use a windows server.
