Multiple Apple displays on nMP questions...

I am finally getting my nMP, and I am thinking of getting a second display to go with it. I already have an Apple Cinema Display 27", but it would be sweet with two monitors.

Questions before making this additional purchase though;

1) Will I be able to control brightness on each monitor individually?
2) Can I put one to sleep, whilst working on the other?
3) How will I select the iSight camera to use in FaceTime?
4) One uses Thunderbolt and the other uses Displayport. Should I run them on separate TB buses on the nMP?

Follow-up question;

If I am watching a film in full screen, what will happen to the other display (using VLC for instance)?

You can run vlc in full screen mode on one monitor and keep working on the other.

I actually want the second screen to blacken out, and I found the setting in VLC
