multiple apple id help! Please!

So here's my situation: have an imac, an ipad and 2 iphones.

Wife and I share the ippad and imac and we use her apple ID for all itunes purchases, all homesharing between apple tv, etc... its her primary yahoo account.

I have a mobile me account that I use for calendar and email on my iphone and the ipad.

her phone and the i[ad are no big deal, I'll use her ID to set up synch and icloud.

for my phone, how should I set it up, to make sure I can back up etc...

I don't use my me.com apple id for ANYTHING but email.

I have mine set up like this:

I have an iTunes account that my gf and I both use. So that is in the store settings. She has a me.com iCloud account that she is using for syncing. I already had a me.com that I was using for syncing, and I transferred it over to iCloud. Now we can use iMessage together, we can share iTunes, AND, I set up a user account on my mac so I can retrieve her photo stream pics (you can't have two photo streams on one pc.) And she has her photo stream going to her laptop (windows). It seems complicated, but it works perfectly.
