I have an Apple TV2 in the main room of my apartment and so far it has been great.

I want to have another one in the bedroom and was wondering if it would be a problem hooking up two devices in my apartment.

For instance, when I bring up something on my Ipad (say, a youtube video) and I want to send it to my bedroom Apple TV2 instead of my living room Apple TV2, is there a way to do this?

Does anyone have a similar setup that can comment on their experience?

I have a Macbook Pro, an Ipad and and Iphone, so device availability is not a problem. I just want to make sure I can direct content to a specific Apple TV2.

Yes, no problem. I have two. The Airplay menu lists them both and I pick which one I want to use.

Yes and go into the Settings on the Apple TVs and choose a name so you can differentiate the two. There are defaults ones (like Family Room Apple TV or Bedroom Apple TV) or you can create create a custom one.

Make that three. As stated, just give them unique names. iTunes on your desktop computer & your iOS devices on the same WiFi network will show the menu of ATV2s.
