This issue started a couple of days ago on my 10.5 Pro. Several apps, like the AppStore, Amazon, Xfinity Stream display their splash screens when startin only for them to stay on the splash for a period much greater than normal (> 30 secs), and then they crash back to the main screen. Restarts, reinstalling, resetting network settings, etc fixes this. I just have to keep trying until I get in. Has anyone even heard of anything like this before?

Did this coincide with updating to iOS 13.3? Reason I ask is that all the releases of 13 have been great on my iPad Air 2, apart from the latest 13.3. I get some quite long freezes when opening apps, and sometimes switching between them. Rumour is that the second beta of 13.3.1 is sorting this out, fingers crossed.

Yeah, iPadOS 13.3 has been acting up on my iPad Pro.
