Not even a P4 or AMD could burn 2 DVD's at once. It just requires too much. Not only CPU interation, but RAM, and the N&S bridge controllers. You could try though.
I can burn a CD and DVD at the same time using iTunes and Popcorn, so I don't see why two DVDs would be any different. Of course you will need to use two applications to accomplish this. Perhaps doing up your movie and exporting to .dmg then using Disk Utility and Toast to burn it at the same time???
