I heard that summerboard slows things down. I'd rather not use it if I didn't have too...

summerboard does nothing but make your phone look cool. i love it. my phone goes just as fast as it did before i installed it. once you download it, there's a switch where you can turn the last row on and off. you can also get iFuntastic, and use that to arrange you icons, BUT you have to pay. theres also customize, but all you can do with that is change dock icons, move around other icons and other crap
