I am not sure where this should be posted as it spans a couple of different topics. Here is the scenario. We have 5 people on a panel with ipads and several presenters presenting content to the panel. The presenters always have a mix of mac and windows. Is there a way to share there presentations to the iPads somewhat easily without having to send their presentations ahead of time to each presenter and not pushing their presentations to the cloud?

Let me get this straight: you want one presenter, who may be using a Mac or Windows machine, to simultaneously share their presentation onto five iPads? I don't believe this is possible. It seems that having the presentation available in a shared network folder or in iCloud (or another cloud service) is probably the best option.

Have access to corporate Microsoft O365? Teams would be an option, but I believe sharing the presentation to a Teams meeting would still be uploading to cloud storage someplace.
