MP 1,1-5,1 Multiple monitors & MSI Radeon RX Vega 56 with only 1 HDMI output ???

Already tried to find info on running 2 or more monitors for Davinci Resolve (video editor) with the MSI Radeon RX Vega 56, but with no luck
So im wondering how you guys do it with only 1 HDMI, because AFAIK DisplayPort will not output to HDMI ?
This will be on a Mac Pro 2009 4,1 upgraded to 5,1

Do your monitors not have multiple inputs, i.e. Hdmi, DP, DVI?
Personally I don’t use hdmi (tv standard) only use DP.

You could get an active DP>HDMI adapter cable.

i run 3 monitors from a Vega 56 all using displayport, I would only use the HDMI to connect to a TV as a A/V Output

But now realise I can use the active DP>HDMI, thanks to KeesMacPro
