Does anyone know any app that will save and switch different sets of APN, user, password, and proxy settings?

Will be useful for those who travel between multiple countries...

Is this possible? I'd really like to use multiple APN settings along with SwirlyMMS coz my gprs setting doesn't allow mms to be sent..MMS settings is a separate one..
