I'd love to use Safari as my main browser, but it's lack of support for multiple profiles (like Chrome and Edge) is a dealbreaker. I work with several clients, each with their own Office365 account and having multiple browser profiles (history, favorites, cookie jar) makes it bearable and saves me hours of signing in/out each week.

Does Big Sur finally add profiles? I didn't anything about it in the keynote or here.

This is keeping me on Chrome also. :/
Try using the new Edge. It has a nice feature set, works with all Chrome plugins, and the profile support is really nice. The only downside is that it tries hard to keep you in Bing and you have to change the defaults for each profile.

I just wish Apple would give us profiles in Safari.
