Multiple same Tweaks need upgrade

I have run into a issue where multiple sources want me to install the same tweak. It says I have 2 available upgrades but I can't install them because I already have it installed. How can I delete these from available upgrades? I have even thought to remove the tweak and install the next one to clear it but when I do that it says that the package is a essential to the operation of Cydia bla bla and ask me if I want to forcefully remove or keep it (safe) so the issue I am having is then why are the other sources wanting me to install the same thing and why can't I get rid of the upgrades. From those sources I don't have it downloaded from? I don't want to delete the sources as I use the tweaks please help!! Also the description is different but they are the same.

IDK these sources nor these files, but they have different titles?
Anyways, it might be because one is the real one that you have to pay and the other is the hacked one or both are hacked ones.

Just pay the developers that made the games instead.
