Pretty upset.

I have a 2016 9.7 ipad pro (11.1) that at least 2 of the speakers are I think pretty much gone. When I do hear sound, it is very muffled and quiet.

To my knowledge, the ipad has never even gotten wet. Never dropped it. I had a previous ipad of same model (original purchase August 2016) that I had to replace in January 2017 due to a hairline crack that appeared on the bottom of it. Apple swapped it no issue. I only bring it up because I had an engraving on it; sucks I had to swap it.

This one works fine otherwise, not even a scratch. Just the awful sound quality. Tried rebooting, updating software, ect. My only guess is my insane ex in one of her tantrums might have submerged it, or maybe I've gotten gunk in the speakers, but either way I hope it's fixable.
