Are the new Multitouch gestures in OS X Lion supported even on older hardware? I have Core 2 Duo Macbook from July '07.

Magic Trackpad and inertial scrolling on older machine

If I buy the Magic Trackpad, will my old MBP be able to get an inertial scrolling? Can anyone confirm on this? Thanks

It should, since it's activated once you pair the Magic Trackpad to your computer.

Hmm, I want to buy magic trackpad to be used with Lion. But I really want to have all the functionality like the inertial/momentum scrolling, etc

and it'll be there once you pair the trackpad to your device. your hardware is only 'limited' by the software sensing you not having the trackpad. once you pair it, you'll have inertial scrolling and multi-gesture support. it still won't work on your built-in trackpad, only the magic trackpad.
