So I subscribed to Apple Music yesterday and immediately noticed a lag when scrolling through playlists as shown in the video. Plus, loading is incredibly slow despite me having a relatively fast Internet connection. What the hell is going on? I can’t believe there aren’t other threads about this problem because I surely can’t be the only one having it. The app is absolutely unusable like this.

I already tried force restart logging out and in of iCloud and of course the usual force quit app procedure.
I’m on an iPhone 7.

Can anyone chime in?

Glad that I did not use Apple Music so mine is much better. However, I can still feel the short lag while scrolling in album view, or recently added view.

The title is really annoying

But anyway, what version of iOS is this?

This issue is not an apple music issue. I have over 20,000 songs in my library with Apple Music and my scrolling is buttery smooth. There's something else going on here.

Just for future reference: Which title (title of video or of thread?) is annoying and why?

Of course it would have been the latest stable version of iOS, 11.0.3.
The title of the thread, there's only one music app

As for your phone, I see it's fixed so never mind
