iPhone Music App bug

I am on a 64GB iPhone XS Max and I am getting a frequent bug when scrolling through my library in Music. It will crash every time without fail.

Has anyone experienced this? I am on the latest version of iOS 13.1.3 .

Not that, but my shuffles the same 10 songs in a collection of 3000 songs.
