Music App - Can't see albums or songs added to Library from Apple Music

Over the past months, I have added several albums and songs from Apple Music subscription to my library, rated them, and created Smart Playlists based on those ratings. In Catalina Music app however:

1. Cannot see the albums / songs that I added from Apple Music
2. Smart Playlists built using ratings of songs from (1) are all empty
3. Cannot seem to add new Apple Music albums or songs to my library

Am I missing anything? How do I do the above in the new (improved?!?!) app?

Btw, all of the above work fine with the Music app on my iPhone...it's just the Mac app with issues.

Is the "Sync library" option enabled in Music preferences?

Now if they could only bring back the column browser and show artwork in "Songs" section...
