Tried iOS 10 B2 and downgraded back to iOS 9.3.3 B5 but now the Music app constantly crashes if I try to play anything? Is there a fix for this or will I have to wipe it clean and start new again?

Found a solution:

Download third party apps like iExplorer.
Then use this app to browse your iPhone.
Find a folder called "iTunes_Control" under "media".
Delete everything inside the folder but not folder itself.
Reboot the device.

I pulled down the notification bar and now my phone is going into a constant rebooting phase? It's stuck at the Apple logo screen and won't get past it? I even tried doing a DFU restore to 9.3.2 but it's still happening... Help!

Agree. It even warns you before downloading the profile to backup and archive

When you did a DFU restore to 9.3.2, restore it as a New Device and do not restore using the backup as your backup is most likely a backup from when you were running the iOS10 beta.

If you have an archived backup from 9.3.2/9.3.3, restore that after you did the initial DFU restore, otherwise you'll need to start fresh.
