iPhone Music app glitchy scrolling

I have this issue where my stock music app is scrolling so so choppy! I use eclipse 2 and melodic, but disabling both of those did nothing and still leaves me with a glitchy music app. It isn't like that in 3rd party music apps from the app store either.

I'm using a 64gb 6 plus jailbroken on 8.1.2
