Had an iPhone 4s with 7.0.4 JB working fine. Updated to 7.0.6 JB and now the Music app seems to be missing. Tried to search for the app but doesn't exist. All other apps seem to be there but not Music.
Anyone know how I can get it back without haveing to do restore? Already did a restore when I went to 7.0.6 and after I did the JB.

You can reset the home screen setting

Setting
General
Reset
Reset home screen layout

That will get it back but then you will have to sort out all your apps again.

Or you can restore the layout by doing the following:-

If your on a windows machine you can use itools to go into the backup and get the plist which control the layout.

Open itools
select tools
itunes backup
Find your recent backup where all the icons were find
go to /var/mobile/Library/SpringBoard
Copy the right plist files then copy them to the same location on your phone using ifile.

If your not sure what these are i can check for you or google will help

I'm running mac OSx, not Windows.
Guess I could try your first suggestion.
I've got another 4s which is on 7.0.4. Updated the one iphone to 7.0.6 and
set everything up and when I then went to update the other iphone, the window was just closed.
