Music app on Apple watch

Hello,

How do I get the music app to auto pop up when i am playing music on my iPhone?

I can’t seem to find the setting on the Apple Watch app

I think the setting to change that is in 'my watch' then 'general', and then 'wake screen'. Think it’s the 'auto-launch audio apps' option.
