Music app question

Was just wondering if there was a music app that would react to the music that you are playing and create a visual (kinda like the Spawn Illuminati app, except it reacts to music). - Also, I think there is an application for mac as a part of iTunes or something that does this, but don't know if there is an iPod Touch app that does it.

I think there are some that react to surrounding sounds (like if I were to play the music from the speakers), but I don't think they work when the headphones are in.

Also, Is there an iPad version, or a universal app?

i think you are referring to visualizers, which show graphics and animation according to the audio of the song you are playing
there are a few of these on the app store and there is one in itunes you can show by pressing command-T
