I can't find this bug or anything on this matter reported any where. Whenever I pick up a FaceTime call or a regular phone call, my music automatically starts playing in the background, making it hard to listen to the call.

I pause the music, but it will resume on its own several times before finally stopping. I'm using an iPhone 13 Pro Max running 15.1, no beta

I have reset my phone and the issue still persists. Just wondering if anyone is also having this issue or if there is a fix because I was not able to find anything.

How are you answering the call? Via bluetooth, AirPods, etc or just from the iPhone itself?

Anyone experiencing this? Still haven't found any answer, even with the latest IOS 15 public update

I’ve had this but only once or twice. If I’ve had music on, receive a FaceTime video call the music carried on although I’m the only person who can hear it (not the person making the call) and the volume reduces itself.

Not managed to replicate it on my airpod max’s

Try deleting the Music app off your phone and then redownload it from the App store. I was having an issue when I connected my iPhone to CarPlay, music would start playing. Apple Support suggested I remove and redownload the Music app. Problem was solved.
