Who can recomend me a program that allows me to extract music from my dvds?

I just used Audio Hijack to hijack my Moby DVD's audio.

After that I took the AIFF and converted it in iTunes to AAC.

how does it work?

Audio Hijack "hijacks" the audio output of a single application. I just hit play and then switched over to Audio Hijack and hit record. It'll record the audio from that program and only that one until you stop it.
