Everything I see is form the Mac to the iPhone. My music is on my iPhone, not my new Mac. How do I transfer it without getting downloading some program? Thanks

Apple does this to prevent sharing of music files - you can transfer your "purchased music" to your iOS devices but not the other way.

Try iMazing - or another such program to get around this

Dont use the music apps on either your iPhone or Mac. Use 3rd party apps. The Apple music apps keep your music in a prison.
Also if you want to transfer music files to other places, don't buy the music from Apple's music store
