Ok I am creating a myspace page and one of the things I want to put on my page is the flash standalone music player like seen on this page as an example:

Now I have the code for this player, but how exactly do I go about putting my own music in it and having that played? I know html, but I never learned any flash. Can someone please help me out? Thanks!
