Music not playing on AT&T LTE

Is anyone here experiencing issues playing Apple Music over LTE on AT&T? It seems like ever since iOS 9 I can't get Apple Music to work via LTE connection. It takes forever to load and if and when it finally does, it will only play for a very short time before skipping to the next song or pausing.

Crap! My app downloads are not working either! I hadn't noticed cause I downloaded everything while on wifi. Ugh!

App downloads are a little slow but better than a few weeks ago. I've bit had any issues with Apple music.
