Music not syncing.

I just realized today that I can't add new music. When I click on the music settings tab on itunes with my phone connected, the ONLY sync option I have is to sync voice memos. I'm jailbroken on 8.4 and itunes is 12.2.1.16 on OS Yosemite. Also when I click sync, it runs through the gamet, but completely skips music.

Anybody else seeing this?
