If my music is all deleted from my mac, will they still be available on my iPhone, Homepods, Apple TV, iPad Pro and Apple watch to access?

Just click on Remove Downloads, not Delete From Library. I don't store any of my 37,000 songs on my 2019 MBA, just on my 2012 MBP. I keep about 135 GB on my 11 Pro Max.
